Dan began his real estate career shortly after finishing his Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Florida State University. In 2002, he began working as a consultant for Continental Shelf Associates analyzing hazard mitigation plans with a goal of creating effective growth standards to ensure the safety and well being of communities. After moving back north to New England in 2005, he began working with PrimeTime Communities as a Market Analyst and was soon promoted to Director of Research. He performed hundreds of real estate market feasibility studies encompassing positioning and pricing strategies for more than $1 billion in real estate projects for properties throughout New England including single family, condominium, high-rise, seasonal, active adult, mixed use, and 55+ housing. In 2017 he was promoted to Director of Sales for a real estate branch office in Wells, ME with the company headquarter in Stratham, NH. Dan oversaw 10-20 residential communities at any given time to ensure the team continually provided the highest level of professional services to clients and customers. As part of a team of managers, he shared the overall responsibility of recruiting top notch agents and staff, seeking out new clients, and promoting growth of the company. In addition to management, he helps clients buy and sell new homes throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Dan brings a new perspective to Better Homes and Gardens and uses his experience to help ensure customers and clients receive the highest level of professional service.
